Privacy policy

This policy covers the Welvoy website. It is run by Welvoy. When we say “we” we mean that company. It does not cover the WhatsApp service we run for hotels; each hotel’s agreement with us covers that.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you book a demo we receive the property details, your name, role, phone number, email and any note you write.
• What your browser tells us. Our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages asked for, time) to keep the site running and secure. If we switch on analytics, it counts visits without following you across other sites.
• What stays on your device. If you pick a light or dark theme, your browser remembers the choice. We set no advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To arrange and run the demo you asked for, to reply to you, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your details or use them for anything you didn’t ask for. Our basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who else sees it

Only the services that help us run Welvoy: our website host, the service that receives the form, and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. Each handles your details only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as we are talking with you, and deleted within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a customer. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also nominate someone to act for you, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to us at the form on our Book a demo page and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
